Fee & Payments Policy

G-O-L School is a private international school, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education Oman (MOE). All information and communication, relating to school fees, is approved by the MOE.

Fees Structure

A refundable security of OMR 100/- per child is to be paid at the time of admission. which will be refunded when the student is leaving the school after all the school dues are paid in full.

Admission Fees

To secure your child’s place for the academic year 2025/2026, a non-refundable admission fee for KG 1 to Grade 2 is OMR 50 and for Grade 3 to Grade 12 is OMR 200/-.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
  • Before Academic Year Starts: 90% refund of tuition fees (excluding admission fee)
  • Within First Month: 75% refund of remaining tuition fees
  • Within Second Month: 50% refund of remaining tuition fees
  • After Second Month: No refund applicable
Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation. Processing time is 15-30 business days from approval.

Note: Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Students Withdrawal

Withdrawal Procedure
  1. 1 Submit written withdrawal request to the Principal's office
  2. 2 Clear all outstanding dues and return school property
  3. 3 Obtain clearance from all departments (Library, Accounts, etc.)
  4. 4 Collect Transfer Certificate and academic records
Required Documents
  • Withdrawal application form (signed by parent/guardian)
  • Fee clearance certificate
  • Library clearance certificate
  • Return of school ID card and uniform
Minimum 30 days notice required for withdrawal. Transfer certificates will be issued within 7 working days after completion of all formalities.

Fees can be paid annually, semester-wise, or monthly. Early payment discounts available for annual payments.

Special Offer: 5% discount on annual fee payment made before the start of academic year.
